Top breeders aim for purrfection

Cat lovers will descend upon Bulli this weekend when breeders from far and wide congregate to show off their finest felines.

"You can expect all ranges, all sizes... big to small, furry to not so furry." said exhibitor Joseph Boyd Skinner, "There is a vast array of different styles and all groomed up the best the cat can look on the day."

"We're expected 60 to 80 cages, and around 20 different breeds of cat. It's a great way to see if a breed will actually suit you, by talking to the people that actually breed the cats, as opposed to someone in a pet shop who will happily take your money off you."

The event is open to the general public, and will be held at Woonona-Bulli RSL on Sunday 18th August from 10am with a $5 door charge.
